We  have acquired AMICOR family of brands of Antibacterial and Antifungal Acrylic fiber from Blue Star Fibre Company ( formerly from Fibre Worldwide/ Acordis). We have also acquired the technologies involved in the production of these fibers.



AMICOR family of fibers shall be produced at our plant in Thailand. Thai Acrylic Fibre uses very similar wet spinning process and same solvent for the spinning of Acrylic Fibre as was being used by Fibre Worldwide/ Acordis. We have retained Mr.Roland Cox, ex Research and development Head and Product Manager for Amicor products at Acordis to assist us in smooth technology transfer and technical support to the customers.



Thai Acrylic Fibre shall provide full brand support for Amicor family of products and will continue to work to promote Amicor family of brands . We shall provide all the Marketing ,Technical and testing support to make this Brand a household name.
